4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph499 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ph499 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password security.
4.4 KYC Verification. ph499 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Enhanced verification, including government-issued identification, may be required before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds.
5.1 Accepted Methods. ph499 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya and ₱500 via bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment channel chosen and are displayed at time of request.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to interbank processing timelines. ph499 makes no binding warranty as to withdrawal processing times where delays are caused by third-party financial service providers.
5.4 Player Funds. ph499 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Player funds are not used for operational expenses.
5.5 Currency. All funds on ph499 are held and transacted in Philippine Peso. ph499 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a User's bank or payment provider are the User's sole responsibility.
6.1 Game Rules. Each Game on ph499 is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding applicable game rules before placing a Wager. By placing a Wager, you confirm you understand the rules of the Game.
6.2 Final Results. All Game results are final upon settlement. Results are determined by certified RNG software or live game outcomes, as applicable. ph499 does not alter Game results under any circumstance.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game, ph499 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the User's Balance. ph499 shall not be liable for winnings that would have been accrued but for a technical malfunction.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each Game and are displayed within the game interface. ph499 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Terms Apply. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ph499 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply unless superseded by promotion-specific terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
7.3 Abuse. ph499 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any User who is found to have abused or attempted to abuse any bonus offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the User's account without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph499 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph499 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any ph499 content without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph499 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party payment processing delays.
ph499's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph499 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph499 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, ph499 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

12.1 By ph499. ph499 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected; or (d) ph499 is required to do so by applicable law.
12.2 By the User. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting ph499 customer support. Upon verified closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding unvested Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach, ph499 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in the account to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or regulatory matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution process may apply as mandated by Philippine gaming regulations.
ph499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details on file (e.g., SMS to registered mobile number) at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
Continued use of the ph499 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
